Rev. William “Bill” Malick
Bill’s ministry journey includes leadership at a wide variety of local church experiences from youth pastor to church planter, lead pastor, redeveloper and ultimately re-planter. For over two decades his focus has been on church planter training and leadership development. In 1992, Bill launched the Church Multiplication Training Center and Church Planter Boot Camps. The CMTC influence stands today across multiple denominations and parachurch organizations with thousands of planters coached and trained across North, Central and South America. In 2002, Bill moved back into a more localized ministry as the Church Planting Director for the South Pacific District of The C&MA. In 2008, he became their District Superintendent. Bill created a new emphasis targeting the replanting of churches by combining principles of redevelopment with the strategies of planting and replanting. The result is the development of training and consultation for districts, denominations and parachurch groups raising the awareness of the need and know how to effectively re-plant struggling and dying churches. We call this initiative, Fresh Start Churches.
