Gina Edmond is a person of tremendous ability with both professional and ministry experience in organizational development and project management. Her expertise in the business world with manufacturing and start-up medical device companies has allowed her to develop a unique set of skills she now brings to Christian ministry. Gina served as a leader in business as a regulatory and quality compliance professional. In ministry, her experience includes work as the former Director of Operations at Crosspoint Church. Currently, she is the Executive Assistant to Bill Malick, District Superintendent, overseeing nearly 100 churches in the region of the South Pacific Alliance with expertise in process improvement, project management and event planning. Gina also coordinates the scheduling of candidates for the Licensing, Ordination and Consecration (LO&C) process, which develops and prepares pastors/leaders for their employment within the South Pacific Alliance.
